These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website hairunlimited.lovable.app and the salon services provided by Hair Unlimited LLC ("Hair Unlimited," "we," "us," or "our"), a Florida limited liability company located at 3900 Clark Road, Suite K2, Sarasota, FL 34233. By visiting the site, contacting us, or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms.

Appointments are booked by phone or text at (941) 923-1155. Consultations are recommended for color corrections, extensions, and chemical services. Pricing is provided at consultation and may vary based on hair length, density, and product usage.

We kindly request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. See our full Cancellation Policy for details.

We accept cash and major credit and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service. Gratuity is at your discretion and appreciated.

Program name: Hair Unlimited Appointment Messaging.

• Program description: Hair Unlimited sends transactional text messages related to appointments (confirmations, reminders, changes, follow-ups) and occasional promotional messages about salon offers, new services, and events.
• Opt-in: You opt in by providing your mobile number to us in person at the salon, over the phone, or through a form on our website, and by agreeing to receive text messages from Hair Unlimited. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You can expect up to approximately 4 messages per month, plus transactional appointment messages as needed.
• Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from text messages. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent, except in response to your direct requests.

• Carriers: Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Salon services are provided with professional care. Results vary based on hair history, condition, and home care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hair Unlimited LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida.
